Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, 2.5 hours from Shenzhen by high-speed rail, about 3.5 hours from Guangzhou by high-speed rail, and about half an hour from Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport.
How about your delivery speed?
Warehouse spot goods will be shipped within 7 days, customized samples will be shipped with in 7-15 days, and other special customizations will be determined according to actual needs.
How do you control the quality of your products?
We have a dedicated quality inspection process and quality inspection personnel, and the product has passed the SGS inspection and evaluation report in line with international standards.
What is the usual way of your product packing?
Each piece packed by individual inner box with bubble bag or poly foam; Plastic pallet is suggested if by LCL.
